About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Liaison to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Client Liaison, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our clients and active caregivers to understand their scheduling needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and active caregivers to ensure their scheduling needs are met.
  • Coordinate and confirm schedules with clients and active caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Record and track caregiver correspondence, needs, availability, and schedules in our system of record.
  • Ensure all placements adhere to applicable compliance and contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development Manager, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to identify business development opportunities and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework preferred.
  • One year work experience in a team environment.
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email.
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, plus a potential annual bonus of $2000. Our comprehensive training and mentorship program will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
