Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive top-notch care by effectively scheduling caregivers and maintaining smooth communication between clients, caregivers, and our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Match clients with the right caregivers based on their unique needs and situations.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and ensure all shifts are covered at least four weeks in advance.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently, providing real-time support for same-day needs.
  • Keep clients and caregivers informed about any changes in scheduling and facilitate introductions when new caregivers are assigned.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and client advocates to fully understand client needs and create the best possible matches.
  • Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends, rotating.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and help problem-solve for continuous improvement in care delivery.
