Coddington Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and caring Full-time Teacher Assistant to join our educational team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a positive impact on the lives of children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and has excellent communication skills. As a Teacher Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging activities that cater to the needs and interests of our students
- Employing various educational techniques to promote learning and development
- Observing and supporting children to improve their social skills and build self-confidence
- Encouraging positive relationships among children and resolving any conflicts that may arise
- Collaborating with our lead teacher to create a curriculum that promotes artistic and practical capabilities
- Communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences and activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe learning environment, adhering to health and safety standards
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong passion for working with children and a willingness to help them grow and develop
- An ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- A high level of patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children
