Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Steel Craft Technologies. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager, including filing, generating reports, and reordering supplies
  • Use a computer to generate reports and conduct research, as well as maintain accurate records and databases
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
  • Order office and shop supplies and maintain supply cabinets

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and basic office machines, including copiers and fax machines
  • Pleasant phone manners and a friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including typing and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday 8 am to 12 pm, with flexible hours and a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with match.
