Restaurant General Manager Job Description

At Tasty Chick'n KFC, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for directing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including product preparation, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, and motivating hourly employees.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including financial and operational metrics.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to OSHA and local health and safety codes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, with the ability to prepare and submit required reports.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for a degree in hospitality or a related field.
