What We Expect from You

You'll be the master of multitasking, handling customer complaints and issues with ease. You'll be a problem-solver, a leader, and a role model for your team. You'll ensure that our food safety standards and procedures are always on point.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone with at least one year of restaurant work experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a proven track record of leading, managing, and organizing a team in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be a pro at problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making. You'll also need to be flexible and willing to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for standing and moving for most of your shift, lifting up to 25-50 pounds, and handling weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru. You'll wear a headset, use restaurant equipment, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
