We are seeking a Test Management Project Leader to be part of our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team. This role involves supporting the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of testing activities for various projects within the Worldwide Supply Chain Operations.

As the Test Management Project Leader, you will collaborate with a diverse, globally distributed team to ensure the successful deployment of new features and improvements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful transition of system enhancements and new functionalities from development to production through comprehensive testing.
  • Focus on projects related to S/4 Hana supply chain transformation.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy formulation, process management, team coordination, and effective communication.
  • Work closely with the Test Automation team to define the automation strategy and scope for project initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and report on testing metrics, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop test plans and facilitate the creation of test cases and scripts across various projects.
  • Ensure comprehensive end-to-end test scenario development, whether manual or automated.
  • Coordinate testing processes for onboarding new suppliers, including EDI, API, and operational procedures for inventory management.
  • Manage environment planning and test data readiness, and coordinate smoke testing.
  • Lead triage meetings and drive issue resolution with IS&T and business partners during testing cycles.
  • Negotiate with cross-functional teams to eliminate obstacles and achieve results while maintaining the quality of deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive testing knowledge repository for the BPR team.
  • Continuously enhance testing best practices and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in leadership roles during SAP implementations, particularly in logistics execution, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience with S4HANA is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 7 years managing and executing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex, integrated projects.
  • Familiarity with various supply chain functions, including Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory Management, and Reverse Logistics.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement test strategies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software efficiently.
  • Knowledge of software test automation tools and frameworks such as Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, and Selenium.
  • Experience leading teams and implementing change management strategies to improve testing practices.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and trustworthy approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale global technical projects.
  • PMI/PMP certification preferred, along with certifications in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana.
  • Preferred certifications in Worksoft or other test automation tools.
