You will manage internal and external relationships on a day-to-day basis, and collate information from multiple sources to generate comprehensive updates, action items, and documentation. You must also be a highly proficient user of Excel and familiar with AirTable. Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills are essential.


• Perform key budgeting and forecast activities for internal review with Content team, global DRIs, and leadership


• Create and manage detailed project records for terms, deliverables, deadlines, invoicing, and spend


• Work with Procurement team to set up new suppliers within the company system and locate existing supplier information


• Create POs for budget line items, and resolve discrepancies between forecast and actual spend


• Track supplier invoicing and payment according to project requirements, progress, and deadlines


• Own data sources for financial dashboards and other aspects of our internal reporting system


• Work with major publishers on audiobook operations


• Organize and evaluate content suitable for Books initiatives
