Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have a comprehensive grasp of the software development lifecycle.
  • Possess experience working alongside Software Engineering, Design, QA, and various other departments to oversee and monitor deliverables.
  • Engage deeply with product specifications and requirements, while pushing the boundaries to innovate and strategize new features, all while fostering relationships to achieve results.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, successfully delivering software and services throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Adept at tackling technical challenges while collaborating with diverse teams to build and manage relationships that navigate delivery dependencies.
  • A versatile problem solver with analytical skills to address challenges in complex environments, demonstrating both creative and critical thinking abilities.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability and a technical focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of distilling and conveying meaningful information to various audiences.
  • A genuine appreciation for the technical challenges that arise during software delivery.
Preferred Education
  • A degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
Compensation & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is just one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range. This allows for growth as you advance in your role. The base pay range for this position is between $136,300 and $248,700, influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the chance to become shareholders through participation in our discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include: comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, a variety of discounted products and services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses related to career advancement at Apple. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation assistance.
