The Worldwide Product Launch Readiness team oversees intricate new product introductions and ongoing product initiatives across Apple Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams, concentrating on the operational execution plan for market entry.


We are looking for a proactive and experienced analyst to bridge cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in launching new products while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The successful candidate will set and communicate essential milestones, evaluate supply chain models and product assortment data, document processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across various geographical regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate and establish the Launch Plan of Record for critical dates that dictate the movement of finished products from production to customers and retail locations globally.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify dependencies, gates, and milestones; assess supply chain risks and formulate contingency plans to minimize consumer impact, including ad-hoc problem resolution during unforeseen events.

• Prepare operational teams across functions for new product launch strategies. Provide timely updates and escalate critical risks to cross-functional and executive teams.
• Ensure that launch deliverables are on schedule and that systems are prepared for execution. Foster innovative problem-solving while considering implications, tracking vital milestones, recommending adjustments, developing contingency plans, and knowing when to escalate issues.
• Evaluate regulatory impacts on existing products and devise strategies to ensure compliance.
• Influence launch strategy decisions through data analysis, collaboration, leadership, and a customer-centric approach.
• Analyze and align product assortment strategies by market and channel, considering legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce and IT teams to set up and test online store assortments and fulfillment messaging to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
• Conduct post-launch analyses to identify root causes, opportunities for ongoing process enhancement, and implement new processes effectively through change management and cross-functional collaboration.


• Own and manage the Launch Plan of Record to facilitate the movement of finished products from production to a complex network of retail locations worldwide. Prepare cross-functional operational teams for new product launch plans.

• Provide timely updates and escalate critical risks to cross-functional and executive teams. Ensure that the project remains on track from an execution perspective by promoting innovative problem-solving while considering implications, tracking key milestones, recommending changes, developing contingency plans, and knowing when to escalate issues.

• Develop time dependency models for key launch activities, including logistical leads by country and route to market. Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.

• Partner with E-Commerce and IT teams to create online store launch plans that ensure an exceptional customer experience while mitigating the risk of system failures. Conduct post-launch analyses to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Document and implement new processes effectively through change management and cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional Product Localization teams to identify opportunities for SKU reduction and promote best practices globally.

• Drive the capital project roadmap to develop and implement tools that enhance Apple's capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree or 7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Highly effective communication skills; ability to present to and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across various teams and organizational levels.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence within a matrix organization.
• In-depth experience in program and/or project management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently as well as lead cross-functional teams both domestically and globally.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in leading complex global projects in New Product Introductions, Supply Demand Planning, Order Management, or Logistics.
• Ability to synthesize varying inputs across different disciplines into a cohesive strategy that considers impacts to all variables.
• Ability to analyze and identify anomalies in large datasets, including supply chain models and product assortment data.
• Self-motivated, driven individual comfortable with resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if they voluntarily participate in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
