Job Title: Store Sales Associate

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Associate to join our team at The Salvation Army Central Territory. As a Store Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working effectively with our Point of Sales system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash register area, sales floor, and stockroom.
* Work effectively with our Point of Sales system, accurately processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
* Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
