Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Order Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing equipment sales agreement packages, ensuring proper and accurate documentation is received prior to processing. You will also update internal sales systems and communicate with other departments to guarantee proper order setup resulting in accurate invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process complete sales packages for assigned regions, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
  • Work closely with field sales and management to obtain necessary approvals and signatures per company policy.
  • Verify paperwork is accurate and complete prior to execution, including data entry in required systems and collaboration with internal departments as necessary.
  • Develop knowledge to respond to escalated processing issues, requiring collaborative efforts across various internal departments through issue resolution.
  • Ensure all documents and relevant email communications are properly stored and retained, including creating electronic folders for new customers and updating current customers.
  • Provide ongoing support for basic customized orders, communicating relevant contract and amendment data to customers and providing support as needed.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of procedural documentation as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Contracting, or Sales Support.
  • English language proficiency.
  • MS Office, CRM (MS Dynamics preferred), and SAP skills.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, including flexibility, thoroughness, accuracy, and care in handling details.
  • Collaborative skills, willingness, and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
