Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage an inside sales team to drive sales growth and ensure seamless operations across diverse locations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
- Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Consistent coaching, development, and accountability to ensure selling processes, strategies, and initiatives are executed with quality and efficiency to grow and retain sales.
- Conduct consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations.
- Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and/or trade shows.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Ability to efficiently manage a remote team with limited sales experience.
- Ability in results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities.
- Advanced selling & negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong management skills (mentoring, coaching, counselling) for sales personnel optimization.
- Excellent computer skills and technology competence.
- A passion for recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals.
- A collaborative mindset that brings ideas and solutions together to ensure successful team and customer outcomes.
