Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage an inside sales team to drive sales growth and ensure seamless operations across diverse locations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Consistent coaching, development, and accountability to ensure selling processes, strategies, and initiatives are executed with quality and efficiency to grow and retain sales.
  • Conduct consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations.
  • Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and/or trade shows.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to efficiently manage a remote team with limited sales experience.
  • Ability in results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities.
  • Advanced selling & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong management skills (mentoring, coaching, counselling) for sales personnel optimization.
  • Excellent computer skills and technology competence.
  • A passion for recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals.
  • A collaborative mindset that brings ideas and solutions together to ensure successful team and customer outcomes.
