Role Summary:

The Level 3 Exhibit Fabrication Specialist is a vital member of our production team, tasked with constructing high-quality exhibits and fixtures in accordance with detailed specifications.

This position requires a seasoned expert with 5-10 years of experience in cabinet making or finish carpentry, who can lead projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure effective project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 1:1 layouts for production based on technical drawings.
  • Identify and procure materials and hardware necessary for projects.
  • Construct and assemble products, displays, and fixtures with an emphasis on efficiency in time and resources.
  • Independently install exhibits and fixtures while overseeing Level 1-2 team members as required.
  • Guide and mentor production assistants to improve team performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and safety within the workplace.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and basic mathematical skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience in cabinet making or finish carpentry.
  • Experience with CNC machinery is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in finish carpentry, cabinetry, furniture construction, exhibitions, displays, or events.
  • Additional skills in finishing, acrylic, fiberglass, solid surfaces, sound, lighting, low-voltage wiring, and electronics are advantageous.

Compensation:
$ /hour

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Familiarity with LED wiring and A wiring is a significant advantage.

  • Safe operation of hand and power tools, including table saws.
  • Proficient in using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability in problem-solving and responding to changes.
