Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join our team at Manpower Inc. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts at floor stations, testing and calibrating parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications, and using hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations, ensuring high-quality production and meeting product specifications.
  • Quality Control: Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Tool Operation: Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of assembly experience.
  • Vaccination: Fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated before start date.

  • Competitive Pay: $24.00 per hour + $2.00 night differential.
  • Benefits: Generous referral bonuses, $1000 bonus for good performance in 14 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
  • Work-Life Balance: 3rd Shift - 10:00pm to 6:30am Sun night- Friday morning.
