Position Overview:

The Financial Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the OneStream financial platform, providing data management and analytical assistance to Highridge Medical's stakeholders. This position ensures the accuracy of financial data and oversees the global consolidation of financial reports generated from OneStream. Additionally, the role involves leveraging SAP/Oracle/OneStream financial systems to automate processes and deliver timely, precise information to business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary administrator for OneStream, handling tasks such as mapping requests, workflows, hierarchies, rules, dashboards, and reporting views.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Accounting to develop and maintain various reporting solutions, either within the OneStream application or through Excel add-ins.
  • Review, create, and update financial reports to guarantee data integrity.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within OneStream, partnering with consulting firms as necessary.
  • Facilitate the integration and data quality processes from other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) into OneStream, ensuring thorough confirmations, mappings, and validations. Conduct extensive quality checks to identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Guide business partners in understanding financial systems policies and practices, while providing training sessions for new users.
  • Prepare and present financial reporting packages for business partners.
  • Design dashboards, charts, and tables for effective data visualization and presentation.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance financial information systems and tools.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and reports for the team and business partners as needed.
  • Perform other financial duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems, data analytics, finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in systems administration, reporting analysis, or financial consolidation.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with OneStream, HFM Hyperion, or another recognized financial consolidation and planning system.
