Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks for multiple field teams engaged in commercial landscape construction and irrigation, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, budgetary constraints, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining regular communication with assigned Yellowstone clients and general contractors through impeccable verbal and written interactions.
  • Conducting ongoing quality control assessments and ensuring that all documentation regarding issues and resolutions is current and precise.
  • Accountable for field safety training and daily supervision to guarantee that every team member adheres to safety protocols.
  • Collaborating closely with the business development manager to review bids and formulate change orders for work outside of the original contract.

Qualifications

  • A professional in landscape construction with the capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also being able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a green industry or construction-related field. Candidates with an Associate's degree and relevant landscape construction experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in a commercial landscape construction setting, leading multiple crews is required.
  • Outstanding client-service abilities and a strong sense of accountability for responsibilities.
  • Willingness to undertake out-of-town projects, necessitating overnight travel for several consecutive days.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
