Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and implement tasks for multiple field crews to ensure compliance with contract specifications, budgets, and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and general contractors through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular quality control monitoring and maintain accurate documentation for all issues and solutions.
- Ensure field safety training and daily oversight to guarantee a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Collaborate with the business development manager to review bids and create change orders for out-of-contract work.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as landscape construction or construction management.
- Two to three years of experience leading multiple crews in a commercial landscape construction firm.
- Exceptional client-service skills and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to work on out-of-town projects, which may require overnight travel for multiple consecutive days and nights.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong preference for knowledge of Spanish.
