Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and implement tasks for multiple field crews to ensure compliance with contract specifications, budgets, and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as landscape construction or construction management.

  • Exceptional client-service skills and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work on out-of-town projects, which may require overnight travel for multiple consecutive days and nights.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong preference for knowledge of Spanish.
