Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Membership Generation: Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and close to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Intro Class Booking and Confirmation: Book and confirm intro classes for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, greeting and checking-in clients and prospects, and maintaining a clean and tidy studio environment.
  • Tour and Consultation: Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships with clients, and targeting their needs and wants.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production, emphasizing and enforcing the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Service and Support: Present available services to current or prospective members, book quality appointments, and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes.
  • Event Participation: Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events, to promote the club.
Requirements
  • Excellent Sales and Communication Skills: Possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales in memberships.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system, proficient computer skills, and fluency in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday, with occasional travel required.
