Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage daily check deposits, enter and post cash receipts, process credit card payments, and adjust customer accounts for sales tax, discounts, and write-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily check deposits and cash receipts.
  • Process credit card payments for all departments.
  • Adjust customer accounts for sales tax, discounts, and write-offs.
  • Issue statements to customers upon request.
  • Follow up on payments and make collection calls for the Parts Department.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer software for documentation and record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems and software.
  • College Education is preferred.
