Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Software Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve software-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide remote customer service through inbound calls and outbound follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify the root cause of issues and determine the most appropriate resolution path.
  • Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps within our CRM system, ensuring clear and concise records.
  • Contribute to trend analysis by identifying recurring issues and communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a software technical support role, demonstrating proficiency in customer support procedures and processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional while assisting customers facing technical challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with customers.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and basic computer software installation/support is beneficial.
