The Service Desk Agent serves as the initial point of contact for users reaching out to our IT Service Desk. With a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, the Service Desk Agent handles incoming inquiries, meticulously logs all details in a call tracking system, and utilizes a knowledge base tool alongside their expertise to resolve issues promptly.
This role emphasizes:
- Providing high-quality technical support to end-users concerning enterprise software and hardware.
- Possessing a solid understanding of technology and applying that knowledge to support existing systems.
- Conducting thorough investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware and software challenges.
Applicants should have two to five years of relevant experience in a comparable, complex, high-tech, and fast-paced environment.
