Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Aston Carter. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Document phone calls and maintain accurate records in SharePoint
  • Provide information to callers from SharePoint and other internal systems
  • Navigate and provide accurate information regarding our websites and other resources
  • Monitor incoming calls and calls waiting via Taske
  • Receive and respond to incoming emails from our websites
  • Pick up and handle messages from Nightline
  • Route calls to appropriate individuals or departments when necessary
  • Send faxes via RightFax when requested by callers
  • Print 1099Rs and NEAP Statements when requested by callers
  • Perform special projects as requested by management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of reception experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Microsoft Office Suite
