Job Summary:The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups. This includes assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapies, including individual, family, and group counseling
- Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed
- Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records
- Participate in military-specific training and activities
- Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Experience working in a government setting, such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
- Specialized training and education in clinical social work, including experience in brief behavioral interventions
- Prior military and/or SOF experience
- Experience working in a Government setting, such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
- Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment
