Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Seattle, Washington.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide behavioral health services within a multidisciplinary primary care medical team, working closely with other healthcare providers to identify and manage patients with mental health, substance use, and health behavior concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, and case management services to children and adolescents in a school-based clinic setting.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in patients' medical records, including initial intake, diagnosis, treatment plan, and progress notes.
- Communicate and consult regularly with the multidisciplinary team regarding patients' progress and treatment plans.
- Work closely with school staff to improve academic performance and provide groups and classes on social and emotional health.
- Train other program personnel in treatment protocols and evidence-based practice.
- Provide high-quality, culturally sensitive health services that meet organizational productivity expectations.
- Minimum three years of experience providing mental health diagnosis and treatment for children and adolescents.
- Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Washington) or equivalent required.
