Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at PsychoGeriatric Services. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide essential psychotherapy services to seniors in our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
  • Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements:
