Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services to patients and their caregivers.
  • Assess patients' immediate risk and biopsychosocial needs.
  • Deliver educational support to patients and their caregivers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patients' progress and updates.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and active CA state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services.
  • Knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
