Job Summary

The Flagship Pro Shop at Lumen Field, a premier destination for Seahawks and Sounders FC fans, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide exceptional guest service in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Acknowledge and greet guests, providing the highest level of service in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, sales techniques, and guest service standards.
  • Customer Concerns: Handle customer concerns in a proactive and positive manner, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately operate a cash register, maintaining accountability and attention to detail.
  • Merchandising: Continuously stock, merchandise, and replenish the store, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a pristine and safe work environment, including cleaning, sizing, organizing, sweeping, and dusting on a daily basis.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC, upholding the organizations' standards and values.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional related work as assigned, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Basic understanding of the retail environment and guest service.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for long periods, lifting and moving merchandise/displays up to 40lbs, and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Work Environment: Some weekends, nights, holiday, and extended work hours required, including most game days.
