We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador at Audi Field. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all fans have a safe and memorable experience at our stadium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at Audi Field.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve guest complaints and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about Audi Field policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
  • Assist with crowd management and line control methods to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all fans.
  • Perform pre-event and post-event checks to ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the stadium.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others and function in a team atmosphere.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to attend mandatory, paid training sessions.
  • Ability to traverse stairs and remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Comfortable working in adverse weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to Audi Field is required.
