Job Title: Ambassador - Fairfax

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Ambassador to join our team at Metropolitan Healthcare Services, Inc. in Fairfax. As an Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Escort guests to their destinations, offering assistance with packages, luggage, and wheelchair access as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build relationships with guests and clients by engaging in authentic and personable conversations, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of patience and composure in all interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Stay up-to-date on facility procedures, guest-related information, and emergency protocols, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all visitors.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work legally in the United States.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Pass background and drug screenings, and meet immunization or health screening requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions, and ability to drive a stick shift (manual and automatic).
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally, and push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
