Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call Handling: Answer and manage customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues.
