Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Dispatcher Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting thousands of delivery drivers across the country, utilizing two-way Audio/Video communication to verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and communicate with various parties involved in the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
- Provide updates and ensure seamless operations on a daily basis.
- Speak with approximately 200 drivers daily, requiring excellent and clear communication skills.
- 1-2+ years of high-volume call center customer support experience.
- Must not be job-hopping (1+ years of experience per company).
- High detail-orientation with a high sense of urgency.
- Comfortable speaking with high volumes of delivery drivers with different personalities.
- Must be available to work on holidays as needed.
