In your role as an Autism Support Specialist at Soar, you will:

  • Design and execute tailored ABA interventions for children aged 2 and above
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical staff to develop effective treatment strategies
  • Employ evidence-based ABA methodologies
  • Oversee a diverse client caseload and track developmental progress
  • Foster positive connections with families and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
  • BCBA certification is mandatory
  • Experience in early intervention within ABA is advantageous
  • Excellent communication abilities
