Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead our North East Central region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving performance, and developing strong relationships with our distributors.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience. You will be able to lead, engage, and develop a growing sales team, and have a proven track record of managing field sales employees to achieve goals and KPIs.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company, with a commitment to innovation and excellence. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement region business plans to drive revenue growth and improve performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, including Distributor VPs, Sales Leadership Teams, Brand Managers, and Market Development Managers
- Lead a team of direct reports, including Market Managers and Retail Sales Managers, to manage relationships with distributors and retail outlets
- Manage pricing and profitability, provide consistent communication, and drive business review process
- Assess the competitive landscape, communicate insights, and provide input into channel strategy and retail standards
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- 5-10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience
- DSD experience required, beverage experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop a growing sales team
- Experience leading, managing, and holding field sales employees accountable to goals and KPIs
