We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales Membership to lead and expand our membership sales strategy. With a proven track record in sales leadership, you will drive revenue growth through membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of membership-based business models. As a leader, you will establish sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off plan, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
