Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, establishing processes and driving revenue growth through key client referral platforms.
  • Oversight of all aspects of the sales function, including team leadership, strategic planning, business development, and leveraging data analytics to enhance sales processes.
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching new and tenured team members to consistently achieve strong results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services and 5 years in a senior sales leadership position. You should have experience working with the Fidelity WAS referral program and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity with Salesforce and support org functionality is also preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus incentives targets based on team performance and company performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a hybrid work model with a stipend for home office equipment.
