About the Role

At Essential Cabinetry Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Order Entry Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our Dealer Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Entry and Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter Dealer Partner orders into our order processing systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Communication: Utilize our C.A.R.E. Values to provide a positive, consistent Dealer Partner experience, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Verification: Thoroughly review and verify order entries for accuracy, alerting the CARE Relationship Specialist if information is incomplete or unclear.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the CARE Relationship Specialist and other team members to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills: Have experience with general computer applications and a strong understanding of software systems.
  • Cabinet Industry Experience: Preferably have experience in the cabinet industry or shelter goods industry.
