About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to external service customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Identify and locate parts using vendor diagrams and websites, and pull or order parts as needed.
  • Check out customers at the cash register and contact them for parts pickup.
  • Put away received parts, stock, organize, and clean the parts counter.
  • Complete inventory cycle counts and pull paperwork and parts for store transfers.
  • Check in service orders and assist with special requests from the Parts Specialist or management.

Requirements

  • Experience working with equipment parts and basic knowledge of engines and parts.
  • Ability to have positive and friendly interactions with customers, be organized and calm in a fast-paced environment, and have clear communication with colleagues.
