About the Role:

Become a key player in the Business Development Global Accounts division, focusing on the expansion of Shutterstock's most promising and strategic client relationships.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including crafting and presenting customer engagement strategies, collaborating with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Technology teams to identify and implement partnerships, revenue streams, and other strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Shutterstock's market presence, optimizing our platform for customer success, and penetrating new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Directors to deliver exceptional service to Shutterstock's most significant partnerships across Global Accounts.
  • Oversee the execution of current partnerships, coordinating with internal support teams to ensure smooth adherence to agreement terms.
  • Assist the Global Accounts team with due diligence, including but not limited to proposals for new strategic ventures, account planning, and customer meetings/events.
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities within Global Accounts and work alongside Business Development Directors to formulate a strategic approach.
  • Foster an outstanding experience for our Global Accounts to promote ongoing partnership cycles and long-lasting positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in managing customer relationships and facilitating complex transactions in Product, Marketing, and/or Technology partnerships.
  • Direct experience in overseeing product integrations, strategic partnerships, or workflow solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills with the capability to convey complex topics in both formal and informal environments.
  • Proficient in project management, adept at handling multiple stakeholder teams, and effective communication with internal departments to meet business needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills, essential for evaluating customer approaches and processes, and proposing impactful enhancements.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to engage in multiple projects simultaneously and address team and resource gaps as necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing performance targets.
