Job Overview

Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking.
  • Provide backup reception support during breaks and lunches.
  • Handle local deliveries and emergency hand deliveries.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and Forrest Solutions.
  • Ensure a professional office image, with updated signage and organized spaces.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation in the Site Operations Manual.
  • Conduct regular office inspections to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and promptly address complaints or concerns.
