Service Officer

About the Role:
Cetera Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Officer to join our team. As a Service Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding service and support experience to our financial professionals and their staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for Regional Directors and Advisors
- Assist with day-to-day efficiencies to drive efficiency, satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Lead coordination of escalations related to complex issues involving multiple departments
- Support aligning internal resources, coaching, training, and direct support to address productivity gaps
- Proactively provide service and operations insights to Advisor offices and their staff
- Responsible for logging and creating a ticket for all issues from Advisors or the Relationship Support Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an emphasis on customer service
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and quality decision-making skills
- Energetic and able to lead and energize peers by example
What We Offer:
The base annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus.
