As a Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development, you'll play a strategic role in designing and implementing our talent roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement career ladders to outline job progression based on skills, competencies, and responsibilities.
  • Create and execute career paths to illustrate various forms of career progression across different functions and disciplines.
  • Research and develop functional training programs to address key organizational challenges and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Provide expertise in refining the talent review process to support business objectives and build a strong internal bench of top talent.
  • Support organizational talent management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain data to guide targeted leadership development and succession planning efforts.
  • Contribute to effective programs for workforce retention, growth, and succession planning.
  • Engage in strategic organizational planning and lead the development of performance management policies.
  • Oversee the performance management system, including related forms, assets, and resources.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS manager to aggregate and analyze data on the talent pool, translating insights into actionable plans.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience, including talent and performance management expertise.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent top-grading, organizational design, and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs, including performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, and data analytics.
  • Experience in capturing metrics and generating employment reports.
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR) is preferred.
  • Experience in EMS or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership with exceptional people skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of talent management best practices, including performance management, talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of job architecture design and total rewards best practices, including job leveling and benchmarking.

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $185,000 annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
