About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our clients high-profile litigation practice in Boston. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience handling complex litigation matters and possess excellent legal research, brief-writing, and document production skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute discovery processes
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to support pretrial, trial, and appellate efforts
  • Contribute to client development activities, such as writing articles and attending speaking engagements
  • Provide exceptional client service and work closely with colleagues across disciplines to meet business goals
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
  • 3 years of experience handling complex litigation matters
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor when working with clients
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
