Job Summary:

The Optical Receptionist is a key member of the Pearle Vision team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience. As the first point of contact for patients and guests, this role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Greeting and Check-in: Welcome patients in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a seamless check-in process and setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Management: Coordinate appointment schedules, manage patient flow, and ensure timely and efficient processing of patients.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients, opticians, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
