Position Details:
Part-time role with an FTE of 0.625, authorized for 50 hours per pay period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling functions efficiently.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
- Produce accurate schedules and related reports.
- Record and communicate schedule changes to relevant staff.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts through direct communication with involved parties.
- Scan and maintain pertinent documents in patient records.
- Notify patients of any unexpected changes to their appointments, offering alternatives as needed.
- Perform clerical and reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls.
- Review and route incoming communications, including faxes and mail.
- Prepare new patient information packets.
- Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Develop and implement office procedures to maintain efficient systems and records.
- Order supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain databases and records according to established protocols.
- Assist with patient check-in processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers, adjusting approaches to meet diverse needs.
Qualifications:
Preferred vocational/technical training or an associate's degree, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling or administrative support within a healthcare environment.
