Job Overview

The HCM Account Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop emerging market business sales relationships with potential clients
  • Closing new and expanded sales agreements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the Broker channel and other referral sources
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota for the territory

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a sales position
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high activity standards and adapt to changing priorities

Paylocity offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $95,000/yr, plus a variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock units based on individual performance. This position is eligible for a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) match.
