Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI to lead and manage data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects, ensuring successful delivery and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.



Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.



Data Analysis and Visualization:
Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Strategic Planning:
Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals.

Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources.

Budget Management:
Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively.

Analytical Skills:
Interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.

Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Negotiation:
Working with stakeholders to reach agreements and resolve conflicts.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Adaptability:
Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Expierence RangeMinimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data and AI projects.
Secondary Skills (Good To have)*PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.
Soft skills/other skills (If any)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Presentation Skills:
Effectively presenting project updates and outcomes to stakeholders and executives
