Job Description

At ServiceNow, we're looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities all over the U.S. across various business functions.

As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you'll develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve design objectives. You'll lead, build trust and collaborate on increasingly complex projects with some supervised work on new ambiguous design programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, build trust and collaborate on increasingly complex projects with some supervised work on new ambiguous design programs.
  • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
  • Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Operations and Information Management, or related field, and graduating no earlier than December 2025.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated project management experience from previous internship, or academic or personal projects.
  • Experience or awareness with Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization and commit to a 12-week internship.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $49.04/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
