Key Responsibilities

  • Teach distance (remote) learning courses during the day or evening, on weekdays and weekends.
  • Develop and deliver participant-centered programs that are engaging and effective.
  • Stay abreast of trends in their field and use innovative teaching strategies.
  • Train in either English or Spanish, or both languages.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business or related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in their field.
  • Fields may include finance, leadership, business strategy, human resources, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, and project management.
  • Experience teaching or training at the professional/executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, CPA, SHRM, PMP, Master Black Belt credentials, as appropriate.
  • Experience teaching online, Zoom, and Canvas preferred.
