Senior Administrative Assistant

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience providing administrative support to senior executives? We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced secretarial support to senior executives, including managing their daily calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Compose complex non-routine communication and reports containing sensitive financial data.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations for board or executive committee meetings and coordinate attendance.
  • Compile data for executive reports and prepare material and reports for board members distribution.
  • Oversee supply budget and cost containment of admin group.
  • Research and analyze information for projects and serve as a resource to other administrative staff in handling complex issues or projects.
  • Manage executive's travel calendar and prepare itineraries, make all necessary arrangements for meetings.
  • Prepare expense reports, review invoices, and prepare MAC's.
Requirements:
  • H.S. Grad or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be combined with some college education.
  • Excellent grammar, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in dealing with issues of business and personal nature.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
